If you cancel
The closer to your trip, the more we have already paid to hotels, guides and parks for you.
If we cancel
Sometimes we have to cancel because of extreme weather, a natural disaster, or something else outside our control. If that happens, you choose:
100% refund
Everything you paid us, back to you.
New dates or a voucher
Move your trip to dates that suit you, at no extra charge.
If a volcano or park is closed on your day
- We tell you on WhatsApp as soon as we know.
- If your plan has room, we try again the next day.
- If not, we swap it for another activity and refund the tickets for the part you missed.
- If the whole trip can’t go ahead, you choose a full refund or new dates.
How refunds work
- We pay refunds within 7 to 30 working days after we confirm the cancellation.
- Bank or payment fees charged to us are taken off the refund.
- We can’t refund things you booked yourself, such as flights, visas or travel insurance.
- To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email admin@semerutravel.id. The date we receive your message is your cancellation date.
