Tell us your plan
Pick a tour and press “Book With Us”, send us a WhatsApp message, or fill in the Tailor-Made form. Tell us your dates, how many people, and where you are staying.

Get your plan and price
We reply within 24 hours with a day-by-day plan and a fixed price. Ask for as many changes as you like. You don’t pay anything yet.

Pay a 10% deposit
We send you an invoice. Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit, and we send you a written confirmation by email and WhatsApp.

Pay the rest when you arrive
The balance is paid on arrival, before your tour starts. You meet your guide and driver first.

Card
Visa or Mastercard, through our secure payment page.
PayPal
Pay with your PayPal account. Covered by PayPal buyer protection.
Bank transfer
To our company bank account in Indonesia. Details are on your invoice.
Currency: all our prices are in US dollars (USD). Your invoice shows the total price, the deposit and the balance to pay on arrival.
Is my money safe?
We are a registered Indonesian travel company with offices in Surabaya and Bali. You only pay 10% before you travel.
